We, Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Ruler of the Emirate of Sharjah,

بعد الاطلاع على القانون رقم ( 2 ) لسنة 1999م بشأن إنشاء المجلس التنفيذي لإمارة الشارقة ولائحته الداخلية وتعديلاته،

Having perused The law No. ( 2 ) for the year 1999 on the establishment of Sharjah Emirate Executive Council, its by-laws amendments,

والمرسوم الأميري رقم ( 11 ) لسنة 2017م بشأن إعادة تنظيم مدينة الشارقة للإعلام "هيئة منطقة حرة"،

The Amiri decree No. ( 11 ) for the year 2017 on Establishment of Sharjah Media City
“Free Zone Authority"

ولما تقتضيه المصلحة العامة،

and for the purpose of public interest,

أصدرنا المرسوم الآتي :-

Hereby issue the following decree :-

يُضاف اختصاص إلى رئيس مدينة الشارقة للإعلام في المادة رقم ( 6 ) من المرسوم الأميري رقم ( 11 ) لسنة 2017م المشار إليه، ينص على الآتي :-

" 14- فتح الحسابات المصرفية و إدارتها بما يشمل الإيداع والسحب وطلب التسهيلات والقروض، وتفويض غيره في جزء أو كل من صلاحياته المذكورة في هذا البند".

In article No. ( 6 ) of Amiri Decree No. (11) of 2017 referred to, an additional authority shall be granted to Sharjah Media City chairman, to be read as follow:-

“ 14- open bank accounts and manage the same including deposits, withdrawals, facilities and loans, he may delegate to others whole or part of his authorities mentioned in this article.

يُعمل بهذا المرسوم اعتباراً من تاريخ صدوره، ويُلغى أي حكم يخالف أو يتعارض مع أحكامه، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.

This decree shall come into effect from its issue date and shall supersede any provision that contradicts or conflicts with its provisions and shall be published in the Emirate’s gazette.
